PDF files are accepted, but not preferred, for production use if saved with Illustrator editing capabilities preserved and the fonts are outlined or sent with the file.

Files must contain vector art, high resolution with 300 DPI greyscale images for halftones.

Please be sure to link all support files that are not embedded.
 

Please send all files, including bitmapped images or scanned images at 300 DPI at half size.

We prefer that you CREATE OUTLINES or convert text to paths on all files. If this is not possible, send both screen and printer fonts used in the file. List all font names.

Please send a color print of every file, clearly listing dimensions and any Pantone spot colors being used. We must have a hardcopy to ensure our files are correct and that nothing has been lost in importing.
